Year of the Pacers: Bird comes back, uses Isaiah to sign Indy's best player, Jermaine O'Neal (who views Isaiah as a father figure). Bird promises O'Neal that Isaiah will be the coach. 7 weeks after O'Neal signs, Bird dumps the worst coach in the NBA. Pacers will dominate this year.
